A few photos of a basement finishing project we did in the Somerset Development Community in Ames. This was a completely unfinished basement when we started. With this project, we turned this unfinished basement into a 2 bedroom, full bath, hall & large storage room basement. It tremendously increased the value of this house as well as largely increasing the living space for this young family.
